Michelle Lambert Releases New Music
Michelle Lambert is an extremely talented up and coming Indie Pop Singer/Songwriter touring out of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Her voice has a deep richness often compared to the likes of Adele and Amy Winehouse, when she's not spitting rapid fire lyrics like on her new single, “My California”. She's a prodigy on the violin and she incorporates it with musical fluidity and showmanship.
On stage she is backed by a slamming rhythm-driving acoustic guitar, heavily influenced by Ed Sheeran. Together, Michelle and her guitarist, create an edgy, acoustic driven sound that is fresh and energetic.
Michelle picked up the violin at a very young age and not long after began singing and writing her own songs. She spent her teenage years performing at many fairs and festivals in California before going to Berklee College of Music in Boston on a full scholarship. After graduating in vocal performance she moved to Nashville and toured with many acts around the Southeast. Some of Michelle's highlights of this time were performing the NCAA Women's Final Four at the Bridgestone Arena and performing at the Grand Ole Opry for two consecutive nights.
She met her guitarist, Robbie, in Nashville in 2015 and has been touring the states as a solo artist since then. They are now based in California, where her name is swiftly gaining notoriety in the West Coast music scene.
